About the Product
How does SteriPod work?
SteriPod uses UV-C light — the same sterilization technology used in hospitals and water treatment plants — to destroy 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and mold spores on toothbrushes in just 60 seconds. The chamber is sealed during operation for safety, and a built-in airflow system gently dries the bristles to prevent germs from growing back between uses.
Is UV-C light safe?
Yes — when used as intended. SteriPod's UV-C light only activates when the lid is fully closed. If the lid opens during a cycle, the light shuts off automatically. Never stare directly into the UV-C light or expose your skin to it during operation.
How many toothbrushes can SteriPod hold?
SteriPod holds two toothbrushes at the same time, making it ideal for couples or family bathrooms. Compatible with most manual and electric toothbrush heads.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 40 days of regular use on a single USB charge. The battery indicator will let you know when it's time to recharge.
Can I use SteriPod for kids' toothbrushes?
Yes. SteriPod is safe for children's toothbrushes — in fact, it's especially valuable for kids, since their immune systems are still developing. Just supervise young children when they're using the device.
Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver across all of Lebanon?
Yes. We deliver everywhere in Lebanon — Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa, and Nabatieh — completely free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 1-2 business days. All other regions: 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You only pay when your SteriPod arrives at your door. No card or upfront payment required.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum. Free delivery on every order, regardless of size.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also email us anytime at steripodlb@gmail.com for updates.
Returns & Warranty
What if I don't like it?
You have 14 days from delivery to return your SteriPod for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
We replace damaged or defective products free of charge within the first 30 days. Email us with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every SteriPod comes with a 30-day defect warranty covering manufacturing issues. For warranty claims, email steripodlb@gmail.com with your order number.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean SteriPod itself?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth as needed. Do not submerge in water. The interior chamber is self-cleaning thanks to the UV-C light.
How often should I sanitize my toothbrush?
For best results, run a SteriPod cycle once a day — ideally after your evening brush — so your toothbrush starts the next morning fresh and germ-free.
Should I still replace my toothbrush every 3 months?
Yes. SteriPod sanitizes your toothbrush, but the bristles still wear out. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months for best brushing performance, even with regular UV sanitization.
