Refund & Return Policy

At SteriPod, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your SteriPod within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Request a Return

Email us at steripodlb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup address.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your SteriPod arrives damaged or stops working within the first 30 days due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Email us with photos of the issue and your order number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging — unless the product is defective.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs within Lebanon.
